• Transcribed texts are stored unreadable for humans - using encryption - to allow post-processing by the user in Whatsapp using the '/'-commands such as but not limited to '/summarize' and '/rewrite'.

3. How Will We Use Your Data?

Voice Vault uses your data solely for app functionality, enabling you to access and use our services effectively.

Your billing data is stored securely by Stripe, adhering to their Data Privacy and Compliance policies.

Your usage data is stored encrypted in a Supabase database. For more details, refer to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed via Stripe, and related data is handled according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Message data is stored and processed by WhatsApp according to the WhatsApp privacy policyPrivacy Policy.

Your messages that are answered by Voice Vault are stored for up to 30 days by OpenAI for inspection if there is a likely violation of the OpenAI Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy.

5. Marketing

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
